Shipping Policy

Esource Parts ships orders of any size to any address in Canada or the US.. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, and with the greatest variety of cost options, we ship through Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

We’ve recently updated out shipping options to offer you more flexibility when choosing costs and delivery times that work best for you. You’ll be provided shipping options at the time of checkout with real-time costs and estimated delivery times based on your shipping address.

Cost and delivery method depends on the products you order, the size of the order, and the delivery location. You can choose from available shipping methods and view shipping charges when you check out, prior to completing your order.

B2B customers with orders valued at $400 before taxes will receive free standard shipping. Only shipments valued at $1,000 before taxes qualify for free express shipping.

Additionally, our free shipping offer is not available in areas with postal codes that start with:

 

  • J0M - Nunavik
  • X0A - Qikiqtaaluk Region, NT
  • X0B - Kitikmeot Region, NU
  • X0C - Kivalliq Region, NU
  • X0E - Central Northwest Territories, NT
  • X0G - Southwestern Northwest Territories, NT
  • Y0A - Southeastern Yukon, YT
  • Y0B - Central Yukon, YT

 

**Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we'll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

 

Geographic Exceptions

Estimated delivery times to addresses in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and any rural or remote area are subject to change.However, if you select either Canada Post (Expedited or Xpresspost) or Couriered Service (Expedited or Express) you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

Shipping addresses containing a "BOX" or "PO BOX" do not qualify for our Tracked Shipping services (Expedited or Express). Shipping methods for addresses containing a "BOX" or "PO BOX" are limited to In-Store Pickup, Lettermail, and Canada Post (Expedited or Xpresspost). You will be provided a tracking number to track your order. Estimated delivery times are based on your exact geographic location/postal code at the time of checkout.

Please contact us if you have any questions on approximate delivery times for these geographical exceptions or check your account to track your order.

 

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

Delivery times are based on our best approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times for shipments to the US are based on estimates from our shipping partners. Some shipments may be delayed at customs and this will affect delivery times.

If some items in your shipment are out of stock or back-ordered, the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you prefer to have your items shipped separately, please contact sales@esourceparts.ca. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated prior to shipping.

 

Tracking Your Order

With the exception of lettermail shipments, all orders can be tracked through the “Your Account” page on the Esource Parts website.

To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you were provided after your shipment was processed or click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking order, your order has not yet been processed.

You may also check tracking through the courier website. Simply copy and paste your tracking number into the appropriate tracking page for your courier.

 

Damaged in Shipment

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment, please contact sales@esourceparts.ca within 5 days of receipt and we’ll open a claim with the shipper on your behalf. 

Please keep the box, the packaging, and the contents of the order to expedite your claim. Claims will require approximately two weeks for processing and replacements will be organized as needed. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

We are happy to exchange unused and unmodified items within 15 days of receipt and defective or nonfunctional items within 30 days. With the exception of items damaged during shipments, customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to our warehouse.

 

In-Store Pickup 

In-store pickup is absolutely free of charge and generally available the same day of your order.

After your payment has been processed and validated, you can pick up your order at our Mississauga warehouse located at:

Pick up is available Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM or on Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please bring your invoice and your order number to the front counter for immediate service.
