Is Esource Parts shipping orders?
We’re processing orders and making shipments as quickly as we always have – and we’re doing it while taking every measure to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and community.
Each and every order, from picking to packaging and shipping, adheres to strict protocols for safe and sanitary handling. Curbside pickups are also subject to COVID-19 protocols, not limited to social distancing and the use of masks and gloves.
Orders that require shipment are processed Monday-Friday until 4 pm (EST). Orders placed before 4 pm (EST) are packaged and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
In addition to a variety of shipping options, we are happy to arrange curbside pickup for any order. We’re located at 401 Traders Blvd East, Unit #9 Mississauga, Ontario.
To arrange curbside pickup, we offer two flexible options. You can:
- Place your order online, as usual. Choose “Local Pickup” as your delivery method.
- Place your order with a representative through the live online chat on our website.
If I place a pickup order, when can I pick it up?
Orders are typically processed, picked from the warehouse, and available for pickup immediately after payment is received.
Curbside pickup orders are processed from Monday-Saturday. You can pick up your order any time during our operating hours. We are open from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 6 pm and Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm.
Please ensure that you have your order number when picking up your order. Without an order number, the pickup process may be delayed.
What are the payment options for pickup?
We have two convenient payment options for curbside pickup.
Pay online:
- Place your order online as you normally would, by adding items to your cart and going through the online checkout process.
- Make sure to choose “Local Pickup” as your delivery method.
- After your payment is received, the order is processed and can be picked up within minutes.
Pay in store:
- Place your order with a representative through the live online chat on our website.
- They’ll provide your total and pick your order within minutes.
- Pay at the store with cash, credit, or debit.
